About me
Hi there! I’m Rozerin, but you can also call me Rose.
I began my yoga journey in 2019. Consistent practice helped me release my thoughts and worries, allowing me to be more present. I fell in love with yoga, and it made me want to share everything it has taught me—and continues to teach me—with others.
Most of my practice consists of Vinyasa yoga, where movement is synchronized with breath (also described as flowing). During this practice, I like to flow with music. I feel like water when I move with melodies, and without them, it is simply not the same to me.
In addition to Vinyasa, I also practice Hatha, and a bit of Power yoga. By connecting body, mind, and soul, I try to find stillness and reconnect with myself in this busy world. Yoga serves as a reminder for me to be grateful and have compassion, while also teaching me acceptance, the importance of embracing vulnerability, and standing in my truth.
My wish is to share my practice with you and guide you on your journey.
